Vehicle finance application handled poorly

I'm a Standard bank customer, banked with them ever since my first account. I have my bond, cheque, credit and savings account with them. A few years ago I applied for vehicle finance with Standard it was approved and I was happy but they took forever to process the application..and there was absolutely zero feedback. And I ended up taking up the finance with Wesbank who seemed to know how to take care of their clients. Now again, I applied online for vehicle finance... The website said I must call in... which I did and again the service was not up to par. I'm still waiting for feedback even now. At this rate im really questioning my value as a customer. After all I have all my other accounts with you... and guess what Wesbank has responded again already... I would like to have my accounts with one bank... but should I think about looking else where again...?
