I am sick and tired of waiting endlessly on hold for miway consultants to get back to me regarding my insurance, so I thought it very wise to now always come here and knock two birds with one stone. I can complain plus give Miway their well deserved negative publicity. Recently I have inquired about more insurance - something that took more than seven calls from my side. O yeah, firstly, during the last two weeks I was told on four occasions that their senior consultants are "TOO BUSY" to take calls. FOUR TIMES. Now after having done an inspection for a vehicle, having sent the form through, AND receiving conformation from Miway that they have received it - all this done before the new month - today I get another message saying I can't be covered unless I do an inspection. Do you see the dumb- way they operate? First they receive it, and then when the month (which I am supposed to be insured from) starts, oops they don't have it. MIWAY IS USELESS. That is my compliment to them. I will probably be adding another complaint here next week, seeing as their service begs clients to do so. Take this warning - MIWAY IS NOT RELIABLE. INSURANCE COMPANIES SHOULD BE. Choose wisely
