First National Bank
Credit Card Switching Application

I applied for a FNB Credit Card and to have my ABSA credit card settled through FNB.
FNB sent my new credit card and I activated it.
Sent through the forms for the credit switching a week a ago and twice this week.
They don't have any record of the forms received.
I have FNB 3 days in a row to find out the progress and I sit for nearly an hour to speak to the correct person after being transferred from department to department.
ABSA is phoning me to pay my monthly settlement and FNB told me not to adjust anything on my ABSA credit card.
FNB really wasted my time and my patients.
