I stood in a very long line for 20 minutes. The staff totally ignored everyone. When I went to the desk to enquire I was told that the bank was off-line and would probably be so for a long time. When i asked why they didn't tell us, it was shrugged off. This branch is also very dirty lately. It smells of old dust and the floors sometimes appear unswept.
I then went to Capitec bank that had the same problem with the internet. Capitec customers were met at the door and explained what the problem was. We could then turn away and go do other bussiness.
