My debit order goes off on the 26th f everymonth. For the last $ months i have been getting very rude sms's & phonecalls anything from 8:05 demanding money because i havent paid my account. After a fat fight some or other superviser will phone me back after i had to lay a complaint and appologise. Everytime they assure me it has been fixed and I wouldnt be getting these phone calls anymore they just do it again. Colin at client services has apprently fixed it. tis time it was Fana who phoned me back, apologised and ensured me it has been fixed. What kind of operation are you running there! harras people who doesnt pay. i pay everty month and I am sick and tired of there extreamly arrogant that phone me up and demand maoney! Sick of your phonecalls! Please know the next time this happens I will demand action agains the person that does it and bill you for wasting my time!! i have onl had unpleasend experiences with Bayport. Your staff has no clue how to deal with people! Get your act together!! Dont phone me!
