In reconsidering my insurance recently I discovered that I have two insurance policies with Regent in respect of my motor vehicle. As the original policy documents have been misplaced I requested information regarding the respective policies from Regent. Soon afterwards I received information regarding the one policy from Mercedes Benz financial services - but was informed that the other is a Regent policy and that somebody from Regent will contact me with the requested information. This has not happened despite various reminders - how can Regent expect me to pay for something but are not prepared to tell me what I am paying for. Maybe the only solution will be to cancel because at present I don't know what is covered by this policy and would thus never be in a position to claim. Funny that Regent had the odacity to send me a SMS requesting me to rate the service - what service???
