I would like to report bad customer service from Finrite insurance administrators. where by I bought a phone from Edgars store and took out an insurance in 2010 where the phone was insured to the sum of R2000.00. about two weeks back I lost my phone and went to claim at the nearest store.
I was told I qualified for a R900 phone because the phone value depreciated of which when I too out the insurance I was not informed about the depreciation clause. I've been going to the store and talking to Finrite administrators and until today I'm not helped.
I contacted Janine Ismail on 25 November 2013, where she replied stating she will contact me and until today I haven't received any feedback from finrite. Its been three weeks of calling finite and I have spoken to consultants some of them were very rude and didn't want to give their names. worst of all yesterday I called finrite and the two consultants I spoke to hang up the phone on my ear.
I conduct my account very well and at no time have I every skipped a month not paying. im deeply hurt by the actions of finrite. when I have to claim im sent from pillar to post.
