I signed a contract with Planet Fitness in the Parklands branch in 2009 for 36 months. I was shocked when my account was debited with R500.00 for the planet fitness outstanding fees.
When i called Planet fitness, they sent me a statement showing fees up to 2013, I queried this with them and i was told about an automatic contract renewal, and I was tols to send a cancellation letter, which I did but it was never acknoledged,
I have been trying to arrange payment for the outstanding amount that are within the 3 year agreements, but with no luck as all the people that answer the telephone at Saya Recoveries are rude and do not know what they are talking about,
Please advise what steps i can take to fight the fees that accumulated up to 2013, and how I can settle the outstanding amount that I am liable for without going through Saya Recoveries.
