House & Home and Rainbow Finance are by far the worst companies to deal with. If the service isn't horrible, then you have to fight with rude and incompetent staff from the accounts department who think rolling their tongues and pulling some British accent will intimidate you.
Since May 2013 I haven't been receiving my statements either by post or email and after several requests and speaking to different people I find out some random genius decided to "update" my details on their system without my consent, adding a wrong physical and email address. After requesting a copy to be sent to me by email I still get nothing, and speaking to the Manager (Jeffrey) also proved to be a waste of time and resources.
After the poor service I have received, I will never set foot into anything that is associated with Rainbow Finance, you are by far worse than and loan.
