POINT 1: I complained about this before. This is the 2nd time. I am NOT receiving my credit card statement on time. This month I received it on the 29/10/13 and my payment due date is on the 26th of every month.
Seems like the company in Honeydew which is handling your statements is screwing up big time, isn't it?
POINT 2: I requested that my payment due date be changed to the 1st of every month as my salary only gets paid to me on this date, but your Call Centre has a completely different view of this - it cannot be done.
Is ABSA going to assist or just leave this and show me the middle finger. I demand some answers - in writing to my email address. I do NOT want anyone from ABSA calling me about this.
POINT 3: I had repairs done to my car in late 2012 and requested that the transaction be put on a budget accont of 12 months - this did not transpire, now I'm struggling to pay off my credit card. Does ABSA take this into account? No - they don't want to hear ANYTHING, so due to their staff's incompetence I now have a problem.
Sick and tired of ABSA and their rigidness and incompetence.
