I requested a settlement letter which was provided to me I made the payment as per the settlement letter once paid i sent through final proof of payment have had to ask for 3 days for a settlement letter just to be told I have overpaid and a refund must be done which takes 10 days so a settlement letter cannot be given until then... Why must the client be inconvenienced because of your administration mess up???
I am more than disappointed with the service i am getting, it is normally fairly good service... I will never again refer anyone to Bridge Loan.
This is disgusting that I must now sit back and have my vehicle finance delayed by 10 days cause a simple letter of confirmation cannot be given to me...
