2 years ago i was one of the first to get a smart device from FNB and when doing the application i was not told that they would be a credit check and this was a special offer to their clients, i asked that once the 24 months had past and i would like another device what did i have to do, the consultant told me no problem all i had to do was follow the same procedure and all would be in order. My contract has now finished and i have applied for another ipad only to be told that as i am listed i cant get a device however the listing has been there all the time, i would like to know how they can give me a device 2 years ago and now nothing. I have never missed a payment with FNB, i asked to speak to a manager and was told there are no managers and to send a mail, so much for the motto of how can we help you, more like how can we not help you!!! Even though i am listed why not give the person a chance especially after i have proven that i have paid without fail for 24 months. Instead of putting people down why not try and help the ones that show they are trying to change by showing they pay when they have too... I have very disappointed with this service and the way handled.
