Good day
I see feedback from Ruth that my query has been resolved, she contacted me once to tell me that she will investigate the problem and I don't understand how my query has been resolved if I got a message advising me they won't change my states at the credit burau as there is a outstanding balance on my account I would understand if I missed payment but my account is always up to date.
