I have a complaint for Transunion Credit Bureau, I have been paying my debt but Transunion is not updating our record. I have sent them emails over and over again but still they are not helping. My credit report is something that is important to me but to them - They don't even care. My FNB Loans records was last updated in July but I am paying every month. What kind of a service is this. This is and not acceptable. Each and every day I email but they don't get back to me. Some records are fully paid and yet they are still there showing on my credit record. I want the matter resolved.
