Terrible Customer Service

I am probably one of Standard banks biggest advocates. I have been with them for ages. I do everything through them. I tell everyone you get the best service from all the banks from Standard Bank. But today made me so Angry, I am considering moving to FNB. I sat in a Cue for almost an hour. Firstly its lunchtime, the time us normal people, have time to sort out banking stuff, so half the staff is gone. Then, staff seem to think its a happy go lucky go slow time. I realize that the floor manager of the consultants, is literally just sitting on her behind waiting to do the occasional Authorisation. Surely being a manager she would see, that there is too many people waiting too long in the cue, so would jump in and start helping. Surely she would know how to do their jobs better, cause she is after all a manager. I complain to the person at the front desk, and they just stand up, walk around a bit looking worried, then goes and sits down. Not telling one person about me, and a couple other unhappy people. Seriously, this is totally unacceptable for a company that prides itself for great customer service. I will never in my life go Back to the Brooklyn Branch.
