DO NOT EVER BANK WITH NEDBANK

I changed my banking details from Nedbank to FNB, I contacted Nedbank to give them my new banking details and they said that they cannot deduct from my new account I will have to waiting until the next month. I contacted them again regarding the payment that will not be going off on my Nedbank and would like to transfer the money to make sure its paid. They said to me that I do not need to do that, they will just take a double payment end of the next month. So I left it... I got calls about payment not done and when am I paying... after arrangement was already made and Nedbank suggested they take two payments later. Payments went off.. they and did not just take TWO but THREE payments??? I have been on the phone with them everyday asking when are they paying the the extra deduction back... still waiting... Yesterday I phoned again to confirm and they told me that it will be in my account yesterday afternoon... checked this morning... still no payment??? I dont have time to sit on phones everyday to sort out Nedbanks bad service and broken promises. I would appreciate if they can sort this out and pay me back my money ASAP!!!
