I have had an unauthorised debit order to my cheque account. I recently switched over to FNB. My account was then debited with an unauthorised debit order.
I contacted My-branch and send an email to see if they could assist with the debit order. No help to-date. I went to the FNB branch and called. I was told the lady will call me back. I was given the following email when i raised the query [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
Mariska Beukes and Zaheera Hendricks also asked me to forward this mail to [Email Removed]
I have send several email and till today i have not received an email response or a call or voice mail.
