My father passed away in June 2013 and my mom did inform the bank, his account was frozen but the home loan was not. My mother mailed he documents to the bank, and they deducted R15000 out of her bank account because they did not receive any documents. So she went into the bank and the Witbank branch send it to the departments. She receive almost 5 sms saying that the bond payments is behind, 2 calls and she did phone the bank again. Still the bank say they did not receive any documents. If so how can the cheque account be frozen. Please help as i is hard enought to deal with the death of a loved one
