Went to the bank during my lunch break to add a beneficiary to my account, so I could do payments over internet banking. Unfortunately whoever did it for me didn't put an allowance amount (amount you allowed to transfer to your beneficiary). Surely this should be standard proceedure.?? What the point of adding a beneficiary if you can't pay them.?? Its the little things that should be simple, but end up wasting my time. And please standard bank, spell my name right. I've renewed several cards, garage cards, etc and you still spell my name wrong, after I have asked for it to be changed. Little things.
