Very disappointed with Outsurance

I reported a claim, car was booked in and they confirmed car hire. when i got to panel beaters Monday 21st October there was no rental car in sight. I phone them at 8:15 they promise to get back to me and hour later no response and no resolution. i escalated it to the the so called team leader Elmarie, or Nelmarie something along those lines and she even had the nerve to raise her voice at me- still does not assist but transfers me to the car hire department which i did not even know existed. previous experience was that i dealt with one person and she sorted everything out and even updated me on progress from panelbeaters. This time around i spoke to the car hire department then they transferred me to Avis. Avis confirms reference number I had was expired and there was no car rental booking for me on that day. i was late for work meetings that morning. Up to today, no courtesy call from Outsurance to find out if i was sorted. i collected my car from panelbeaters on Friday, its fixed. this morning, i get an email and sms from Outsurance telling me my car has been booked in for fixing at the panelbeaters? Sad to say I received better service from the panelbeaters and from Avis.
