FNB does not know how to help you

I paid my bank fees last year in full and they said i still owed them R1016.00 i had to then go to the bank twice. first to show them proof of payment and then to get the letter to confirm its paid and settled in full as the job i was applying for advised that i was on ITC for it. i was then assured that now it will be taken off. that was in August 2012, when i checked my report recently it showed that i was still on ITC for the same amount.i phoned FNB and spoke to Sheena who said that she was going to put me through another person called Msaniseni who could sort it out, but apparently he didn't know himself as he gave me a number for a bryanston branch and when i asked why this branch as i never been there he then gave me the 4 merchant number. He was stuttering and stammering and was obvious that he did not know what he was talking about and as usual i had to speak to someone else. i phoned there and the call was cut then just carried on ringing. i just want to get off ITC as it is affecting my job applications and it is a different case if it wasn't paid, and after a year i mean they way they advertise and the service they give is two different things.
