On Friday afternoon my car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection. I phoned Outsurance and was transferred to Thato Rasentsoere who promptly phoned me back. I was quite unsettled as I was by myself and I feared that my car was causing an obstruction and might cause an accident. Thato calmly assisted and arranged with a towing company to meet me. I received an sms with the towing company's name and within two minutes of ending the call, the towing company called me and less than 10 minutes later, the towing truck arrived. In the meantime Thato phoned to find out if I was still ok. The car was then towed to the nearest repair centre. The whole ordeal was over in less that 45 min after the first call. Thato under-promised and over-delivered! Excellent service!
