On the Friday, 18th October I was unfortunately involved in a car accident. The tow truck took my car away and I was told it was being taken to the Outsurance assessment centre in Stikland. On Monday I asked Outsurance what is happening with assessment but they had no answer. On Tuesday I asked Outsurance what is happening with the assessment and they tell me my car has never made it to the assessment centre and is still with the tow truck company. After much fuss Outsurance finally organise for my car to get to the assessment centre. They assure me it will then be sent to CK Coachworks in Tokai for repairs as that is down the road from us. A call to Outsurance today however confirms my car is STILL (nearly 2 weeks later) at the assessment centre and will at some point be released to CK Coachworks in Parow!!! What an absolute joke and I hope I never have an accident again purely because I don't want to deal with the incompetency of this company! How did they think people will get around without their car??? The repairs have not even started so who knows how much longer it will take and how many more excuses we will have to listen to!!
