I would like to take this opportunity and THANK FIKILE MTHEMBU who went the extra mile in making sure that my query is resolved in the best interest of a client. FNB is always going on about 'easy and convenient banking' with them and Fikile just made me believe that you guys don't just say this to increase your client base but you actually follow IT.I was desperately inneed of money of which Zinhle Radebe made me regret the day i joined FNB HOWEVER FIKILE came to the party and took me out of my misery!! She was very understanding, efficient and her communication was very prompt!!! I REALLY AM IMPRESSED!!! THANK YOU VERYYY MUCH FIKILE MTHEMBU... She was also very friendly and smiled all the way until i left teh branch!!!
