First For Women Insurance
Motor Vehicle Claim

As I walked to my car this morning, planning to go to work, I realised my car had been broken into. My heart sunk. I no longer have a GPS and a back window (I thought to myself). I am very new to Cape Town and the GPS is my hope to getting where I need to get, without driving in circles and having a sudden panick of feeling like I don't belong in this new foreign city. I was "helped" by the first consultant in the morning, who gave me many reasons why I will not be covered for my claim, despite the fact that I religiously pay my premiums every single month. I did not take this very well as she didn't even try to comfort me from the tragedy of my what happened to my car. I called again (In hope that someone else will have a bit more compassion) and was put through to Munier Gaffoor, who bent over backwards to make sure that I will be covered for the break in that happened in my car. In the end my access was more than the actual replacing of the window, I opted to just pay for the window myself. Munier was more helpful than the first consultant (Lauren), who told me I must forget about the claim been taken into consideration.
