Enough is Enough

Again money was from my Standard Bank account. 4 duplicate transactions of which Standard Bank refunded me 3. I have been trying to get through to Standard Bank for 5 hours today to query the 4th transaction & still nothing! You phone one number which needs you to put in a card number, which the automated system says doesn't exist so you cant get through, You phone another number & they cut you off while transferring you over & over again. I have now been on hold for ten minutes trying to get through the the division. Ten minutes!! I have spent over R200 airtime in the past two days trying to contact Standard Bank. I sent you a secure message requesting somebody get back to me & nothing!! Enough is enough. I want my money that was refunded today. Please get somebody to call me urgently. It seems Hello Peter is the only way to get Standard Bank to respond. I'm sick of it. Your call center is a disgrace.
