I have a personal loan with nedbank and one that has been paid in full.
I recently upgraded my account with nedbank to a new nedbank account, They did not move my debt orders as promised so one of my loans fell behind which i made up and now the accounts are all in good standing.
Today i applied for a new loan and was told i do not meet the credit criteria due to slow payment of my loan which was nedbank fault. due to the non debt order moving. How is this possible i have paid off one loan with them and my other accounts are all been paid ect, I am very disappointed i understand they need to do credit scoring but surely your history with the bank and all payments are in order should count for something, But i guess not according to nedbank.
