BAD ATTITUDE

I went to Capitec Bank to change my card. When we got there we got a number 262 and we were supposed to see consultant 6, who is supposedly the manager at the branch. The intercom announced that we should go to Consultant 6, being Juvie, the manager, he was still busy with a client and I couldn't just walk and disturb the client. After he was done with the client, he called another client, who came after me. I talked to Juvie telling him that i got here before the client that he was trying to assist. He blatantly refused to assist me saying I should wait for the intercom to announce my number again. The intercom announced my number and he was busy with the client. I am off because I missed work to get a new card and the manager was rude to me and didn't want to assist me. If this carries on, Capitec Bank will lose its clients. I feel like closing my account and open a new bank account somewhere else. If you want to contact me, please contact me during lunch at 1 o'clock
