Business Loan application sitting on her desk

I made an appointment to meet with Lydia Kanalelo on the 18th October to open the Business account and fill in the application form for Business Loan as i am in the process of buying FRANCHISER.I got there, 1st we agreed of 12, when i get there she makes me to wait until i said i cant wait anymore i am in a hurry and i had 12:00 with you and i just walked in her office. Since the 18th October until today the 29th October she hasnt submitted my Business loan application form, worse she left it on her desk and went on leave. The whole of last week i have been chasing her wanting to know how far we are with the application. Icalled yesterday the 28th following up again as she never calls me and i am told she is on leave and her Colleaque Mpho said she will ask her about my application, today only after i called Mpho to find out the out if she did call Lydia thats when i am told my application is actual at Lydia's desk and hasnt been submitted since. Had i not called it means my application would spend another week not attended.tHIS IS ABOVE POOR SERVICE.INCOMPETENCY is a lack of better word for ABSA STAFF
