I have requested the call centre on the 21/10/13 to cancel my subscription. After a few embarresed questions the person cancelled my membership and ensured me that the debit WILL NOT go off. Oh well guess what it did go off on the 28/10/13 RETURNED and then went off on the 29/10/13 as soon as my salary was paid in! I am utterly disgusted by your service.
It does not concern your call centre people why I want to cancel and tell them not to ask the people - cant you afford the premium??? This is very rude!
I WANT AN ANSWER ASAP!!!
