I took out a funeral policy with 1life, due to some reasons cancelled it. I cancelled it few days after the payment of my first premium. The cancellation was confirmed by 1life. When I requested a refund for that month premium they refused saying my policy was cancelled after the cooling off period.
I want 1life to tell me when did my cool off period expire because according to my understanding if I cancel my cover within the first 30 days of commencement I should receive a full refund of that month's premium I have paid
