This morning I phoned to update my details on my Channel Life Policy. Well what a surprise, after I gave my ID number, sorry they can't find my policy. Gave me a long story how they merged with SANLAM and they are having difficulty with all the different policies now. Undertook to phone me back. Eventually at 13h30 I phoned them back... still can't find the policy. I must have spoken to 5 different people including Melvin - Call Centre Manager, who promised to return my call, but yes, never did. I eventually had to phone Sanlam's head office in Cape Town to get to speak to the person in charge of Sanlam Sky.
I mean we are talking about life insurance...!!!
Their service is shocking!!!
Please don't consider them if you are in the market for Life Insurance!!!
