I am currently being put on hold by a call centre agent, her name is Khensani Mathonsi. I called 25 minutes ago to enquire about my account that I have. I have received an sms that I am in arrears of R628.30 which I do not understand why I am in arrears when you debit my account monthly. Now Khensani put me on hold for 16 minutes only to come back with nothing after she went to the supervisor by the name of sam mokorong. I am so disappointed that even the supervisor didn't have a decency to tell me himself what was happening to my account and he also did not understand what was happening. This is not the first time I have been told that my account is in arrears and each and everytime I call I've been sent from pillar to post by incompetent call centre agents and supervisor.
