I sent my car in to Hyundai Bryanston, on Tuesday 22/10/2013 who have been fantastic but when it comes to Maintenance procedure Liquid Capital Service is a nightmare. I pay my fees every month and we do as they ask but when it comes to Authorisation, they seem to take their time. My car has been in the workshop for a week now, I have had to make a plan and Hire a car to get around.
Hyundai Service Department has been in contact with the Manager at Liquid Capital. They are waiting for AUTHORISATION to do the SERVICE on my CAR (Wear and Tear on my CLUTCH).
This is unacceptable and not very re-assuring on where my payment is going to every month.
