FNB at it again... Last month it took me 7 days to get my money back from FNB.By the look of things, I'm going to experience that again this month. As long as I'm still FNB client, my duty is to call every month end for money being deducted by bank from my account without any arrangement with them. Instead of taking money as per our arrangement, somebody just decided to bully me again & take my money. I provided for the bank to deduct to pay for my loans as agreed not what the bank did. Is this going to happen monthly? Last month I was told it was mistake, is it a mistake AGAIN? I just need an honest answer as a client...
