MOST EXPENSIVE BANK, BUT THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!

I have received numerous sms from their home-loan department advising my account is in arrears. When I contact them they say my instalment has changed, can ignore the sms. Today I get a call from the most rude and unhelpful person ever advising me my account is in arrears. I told her for the last 4 years I have been paying by debit-order, so what is the problem. She advise me their system could not change my debit-order in time and therefore the account is in arrears. She basically phoned me to tell me that they did not do what they were suppose to do and now it is my problem. This is unbelievable!!! I also requested proof that I agreed to the new interest rate. She basically told me it is my problem, sort it out. So why did she phone me? I left Nedbank and my interest rate changed, but I want proof that I agreed to this. My Agreement of Loan has no such clause in their. If I do not get assistance I will take this to the relevant banking ombudsman. My husband's business accounts are also with Nedbank and the banking fees are ridiculously high!!! I do not know how they justify this as you get absolutely no service from them.
