Is FNB aware that online Credit Card users can't see or set their point of sale Local / International limits online via online banking. This is a bit worrying as it's possible to change these setting on your Cheque Account, but not your Credit Card. So if someone should use our cards fraudelent we won't even know what our daily / monthly limits are?
Can we get some clarity on this matter as me and my wife noticed this flaw yesterday afternoon while checking our online banking settings, it's really disturbing. Maybe the FNB website, needs to be replaced by the older website, because the current new website, is really not user friendly and overall seems very confusing.
