Unable to pay my salary

I recently opened a FNB account online as my company uses FNB and I wanted to receive my Pay on the same day. However after a lengthy process of trying to get my card activated after numerous phone calls, emails and visits to the bank (which by the way I will have to go back to the bank as the copy of my ID I sent to them via email as requested by FNB is not Efficient). my salary switching was going smoothly until pay day when I did not receive my salary sent to me via EFT from my works FNB account and received an SMS stating that my salary will appear on my FNB account the next day... This is absolutely ridiculous one day to me is food out of my family's mouth, I do not earn a large salary and have to scrape by every month as it is...
I am unhappy with the service FNB has provided and DO NOT RECOMEND switching to them especially with their lousy online service!
