I have a personal loan which had an arrangement on due to being on maternity leave and not being paid for that period. that said I advised that they can go back to the full installment on my loan which is almost R4500 per month, last month and this month they have now taken double installments - my credit report is looking worse and worse cause you keep on taking my whole salary!! how am I going to feed my child this month?? is Nedbank going to pay for her school fees or my car or my cell or my petrol. I want the second installment reversed, today. I have complained on their website as well, and I will be closing my accounts with them. Oh and because you took the second installment, my credit card with Nedbank won't be paid, and if Absa calls for their money I will direct them to Nedbank for answers as well as all my other debtors.
