A debit order of R1150.00 went off my account yesterday. I requested FNB to reverse as there was no agreement that this debit order should go off. i am informed that they cannot due to its an fnb debit order (its a discovery card. Lauren Jacob a client service agent assisted me to the extent that she called discovery card on my behalf to follow up on this. Lauren I might be complaining but you were such a helpful agent. I was told by Discovery that this is with the Attorneys Brooks and Luyt and I was given the number to call them. I am being told by Brooks and Luyt Attorneys that they do not have a right to debit my account. I am being sent from one person to the other. FNB I bank with you. You allowed this debit order to come off my account. I am left with only R42.00 in my account. I am such an unhappy customer of fnb, I hardly slept. I need my money reversed.
