FNB FUNERAL POLICY - WONT PAY VALID CLAIM

I took out a Funeral Policy in Feb this year with Fnb for my parents, the policy was taken out in my moms name and the debit order was paid from my fnb account, when we took out the policy the consultant told me that it would be fime if the payment came off my fnb accout. My dad passed away 2 weeks ago and we submitted the claim only to be told no, fnb wont pay out cos it was not paid from my moms account. This came as shock to us as we really needed this money for funeral expenses etc. Fnb dont want to pay and now we are left with nothing, they just say they can refund my debit orders but dont want to pay the R60 000, we are totally devastated and cant believe how a bank can not honour this claim.
