I called Bruma Finance on Monday, asking for help as I have lost my father, I have two accounts with them and never defaulted, I spoke to a very confused lady by name of Yvonne, she did not even understand my request which was to ask for topup or if I should stop my debit order for 1month, and I should only pay less amount, all I needed was someone to advice me what option can Bruma Finance offer me. I sent an email to them and somebody by the name of Tsholofelo Raboroko, responded saying someone will contact me. On Thursday a lady by the name of Michelle called me from collection department, she was so rude and not even understanding why she called me, she told me I cannot have any emergency loan with them, I asked if I can talk to any supervisor and she refused. All I needed was for Bruma to help me with R3500, 00 to help and bury my father on the 26/10/2013. Im very dissapointed with the service I have received from Bruma Finance.
