Pathetic Service and repai

My brand new ford figo was in a accident where the 3rd party took off, I however managed to take a photo of the number plate. My car went in about 3 weeks later for repairs only to get it back with the same broken headlight. Spray painting wasnt done properly n dent from door not removed. Spraypainting has been corrected but dent still not fixed due to fact that its not on the job despcription of panelbeater. 3rd time I had to drive from wellington to Stikland n my car is still not fixed to top it off they're legal department has been struggling to get info on the 3rd party which I managed to do in 20min simply by phoning the police station where I reported the incident getting a addres of the company and going on to google to search the company name and address. Phone the number on google and whala confirmed that the registration number and vehicle do belong to them. Now tell me, why am I paying insurance on a monthly basis of almost R800 and here I am doing there job for them? I still havent heard a word from them as to why the dent in my door isnt fixed? I have been advised by a female assessor when i took my car n when I contacted them today on my policy the assessor is a male?
