I submitted my documents to get my provident fund processed for payment in June 2013. I was told it will take six weeks to process my payment. When I called them after six weeks, I was told it would be paid in two weeks. I have been making numerous calls thereafter, to date I still haven't received my payment. I am appalled at the service that I have received from Absa Provident Fund division as they keep on making promises which they cannot keep. it has been areal frustration not getting proper assistance from any of the consultant from ABSA. Please can this matter be taken up with ABSA management or their provident division to get this matter sorted out
