I have been trying to get my Greenbacks password but zero response from Nedbank. Clicked on the icon to resend my password- no response. I have phoned the client care centre twice and logged calls- no response! Nedbank must surely be the most user unfriendly bank in the world!
I actually do not know what route to go next as I cannot just write off all my greensbacks just because I cannot redeem it.
