I logged this query on 26 February 2013 - 8 Months ago, I was contacted and advised by Cell number was removed as I am not a MS S Mpyanak, and today I received another sms from Standard Bank about this Customers account that is in arrears!
What must I do to get you to remove my cell number from your systems?
I have logged the following HelloPeter complaint in February, how many more should still be logged for you to actually remove my number?
"I have reported to standard bank that MS MPYANA cell number is not correct for about the 5th time now! As this customers outstanding debt sms's are coming to me and not going to the correct Customer. Still i get sms's for this customers account - WHY?
I am not happy about this as this is my personal number that is getting use! I got 4 sms's last week and now 2 sms's: MS MPYANA - MIW 0129918795 REF: SBPTL07166. Please remember to make your next payment.
This sms is not for me - PLEASE MAY STD REMOVE MY NUMBER OFF ALL SYSTEMS PLEASE?
This is very frustrating and irritating wasting my time and phone costs to ask STD TIME AND AGAIN to please remove my number off their system
