BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

On or about the 26 July 2013 at about 18H00 my son Barry injured himself at home with a knife while making supper. I inspected the injury and rushed him to casualty at the Union hospital, they phoned Oneplan for an authorisation to examine Barry and were told they only give authorisations during office hours, the Union Hospital requested R2000.00 upfront which we did not have on us. I took him home and phoned my house doctor and he met me at his consulting rooms and applied stitches to the finger which was bleeding very badly.
He called Oneplan and he spoke to Lucy who gave him a reference number CAS-185948-X9J9F3. The account came to an amount of R741.73, an amount of R230.00 was paid out into the debit card attached to his Oneplan Card number 100280434. This is a hospital plan cover and as far as i am concerned this was an emergency and the account should have been paid in full as the hospital could not reach Oneplan after hours. In the few years Barry has been a member he has claimed once before this and a similar incident earlier this year he cut himself the doctor was paid in full. I am not happy with their service every time i phone we get put through to different people.
