Good day

I have been waiting for some1 to send me a statement since yesterday morning. I have sent two emails, called but still nothing. A lady from Hammond pole said she will send it bit still nothing. A about 3 months back asked you send me my current balance (Natalie) which was R2400. I paid 1200 end of august September 1300. I according to my record I should be done with that account. Please guys I need this resolved.
