Internet Banking and no respite

I would just like to warn the public how disastrous it can be to use internet banking and the lack of empathy nor assistance that happens when a victim of internet.
I never answer or people telling me I have won the lottery etc. through e-mail.
Somehow last year R 500 000 was taken out of my Absa flexi-bond account by internet and put into my current account and then into many other accounts. New beneficiaries were created and all of this without my consent nor knowledge.
Absa froze my account, they knew exactly how the had got the money by swopping my sim card over the phone and then verifying all the accounts they created. I recovered R 300 000 but am left with a balance R 200 000 upon which Absa has the cheek to put interest on.
I have gone through all the proper channels but am told now that I, a pensioner of 65 having been with Absa for 30yrs, I have to pay back the money!
I would like to say, surely I should have been warned how vulnerable my bonds are and seeing the previous posts whereby citizens are alerting ABSA to internet risk this is unacceptable! ABSA must take responsibility as the custodians of internet and banking!
