I am an FNB client.
I depend alot on their online facility for my banking. But the delay on transactions is coursing me confusion and inconvenience.
I have noticed the delay in transactions when swiping my card of up to 4 days and by the time i see a transaction dated 4 days later as if I made a transaction on that date I get confused as i know I did not make any transaction on the date which appears on the online transaction history.
From time to time I will go to my account to check my balance and realize that there is a certain amount of money missing from my account. When I call the customer line Im told that that amount missing is for a transaction that I made 4 days ago but only went off 4 days later.
We need real time banking to minimize the confusion and inconvenience.
Please sort out this issue.
